I started tracking my walking in September 2003 and average over 5,000 miles a year.
We all have our struggles, maintaining mental calmness, depression PTSD, or keeping our weight under control. My goal is to invite you to walk with me and find some peace of mind. You don't have to walk my entire walk you can join me as far as you like or just say hi. I'll use funds raised to help those who need it.
Walking is low impact, most people can do it, my body no longer likes me running so I walk. Generally 15 plus miles a day, usually around the coast. I find my walks help to get my head straight and stay healthy which allows me to walk daily.
